We, e-Mongol LLC, provide an electronic market place through our website www.e-mongol.com for the sale of Mongolian-made goods and products produced by Mongolian factories, artists, small or home-based businesses and individuals to promote and make their work and skills known worldwide.
We ask that you abide by the terms and conditions that follow when using the e-Mongol online shop website . Please read them carefully, because your purchase on the website constitutes your agreement with these terms and conditions.

Product Information
Most of the products sold in the e-Mongol online shop and displayed on the website are handmade by artisans and small businesses and are available while supplies last.
All photos, descriptive materials, specifications on the website are for the sole purpose of giving an approximate description of merchandise.
We try to display as accurately as possible the colors of our products that appear on the website. However, as the actual colors you see will depend on your monitor, we cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of any color will be accurate. Therefore, product information could not be considered as contractual.
Wherever possible, we display a size chart for our items, however, it may not be possible for give an exact indication of size for a number of Mongolian garments and other products due to the specific traditional design and style that are often freestyle to fit a number of different standard sizes. Therefore, we give an approximate indication of size for such items. In the case of uncertainty, we urge our clients to address their questions to the contact information given below prior to the purchase.

The payment currencies used by e-Mongol are the Euro and the US Dollar.

The exchange rate is updated on a daily basis.

Orders handling
Orders are received online through the website.
All queries on products, shipping and handling must be sent by e-mail to: shop@e-mongol.com, or through the contact form on the website, or faxed to: 976-11-462135
In addition to our secure online shop system that will confirm your order by email, we send a confirmation e-mail (or fax or letter) regarding the registration of your order, and another one to confirm the shipment of the order.
For payments by check or bank transfer, we wil wait their receiption before to ship the order.
Payment security
Security of your online payment is guaranteed by the use of the most recent technologies and protocols. We have chosen a swiss partner to assure also the worldwide reknown bank security and reliability.
Once you confirm your order, you are transferred directly on bank playment platform using a secured connection. All your payment information are encrypted and known only by the bank partners. We have not acces in any case to your payment and banking informations.

All personal information collected during your purchase will be securely kept by e-Mongol and we guarantee you that we will not sell or give them for use to third parties without your prior approval.
We may use your email adress to send you some information about our website, but we avoid frequent messages and do not practice any spamming. If you don't want to receive any information from us, just let us know by email, fax or postmail.
Shipping and Delivery
We deliver in any country in the world. Most of the products are dispatched within 3 to 5 days from the time of ordering.
If we are unable to dispatch a product to you within stated time, we will send you an e-mail regarding the expected shipment details and give you the option to cancel your order totally or partially.
We use “Mongol Shuudan”, the Mongolian state-owned post company, and aim to deliver to any address worldwide in 10 – 15 days which are best estimates only and must not be considered as any form of guarantee. Actual delivery dates may differ depending on current circumstances, and a maximum of 3 weeks is normally practiced.
The main post office in Ulaanbaatar, the capital of Mongolia, is opened from monday to friday for international shipments. Therefore orders received during the week-end can only be shipped the next monday.
Our postal shipment are tracked and you will have to sign the delivery bill to confirm the correct receiption of your order.
We deliver also by DHL, as an option. They deliver worldwide within 1 week.
Packing material and cost
Items are packed in plastic and paper bags or carton boxes or any other types of packing that prevents item damage during shipment.
The cost of packing, including the packing material, is included in the price of the item.
Return policy
You can return the merchandise within 1 month from the date of shipment and receive full refund. However, the merchandise must be in the original packaging, undamaged and unworn. The cost of return and any other applicable charges shall be paid by the customer.
NOTE : Where outer packaging is clearly damaged in transit please ensure that if you accept the delivery you sign Damaged Consignment.
Applicable taxes
Prices on our website are inclusive of all applicable fees and taxes to be paid in Mongolia. However, they exclude any eventual further delivery charges or import taxes that may be levied in the destination country and that will remain to be paid by the customer.
Claims & Responsibilities
An order with us means your acceptance of e-Mongol terms and conditions and e-Mongol shall not be responsible for any claims that may arise due to customers’ failure to review these terms and conditions.
Disputes shall be settled under the Mongolian law.
